The prestigious seaside country inn known for its gourmet food and baked goods was on a seasonal lease for a number of pieces of the kitchen equipment. They had fallen behind as the inn’s management changed, and communications ended. A Blok Box was installed on the gas oven/range, and an audit of the equipment was done with one of the inn managers present.
A week later the leasing company alerted them that they would have to disable the equipment if the account wasn’t brought current. The conversation was quick, pleasant and the inn fully paid up.
